Where are you based?
Dronoge is based in London in the United Kingdom.
How Long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders are manufactured and built from scratch when the order is placed. We do this to ensure the best of quality in our products. This means shipping/delivery times can vary depending on your country however we aim to have all orders delivered within 14-20 days.
How do I check the status of my order?
Upon order completion, you will receive an email confirming your order. You will also receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number via email once your package has been prepared for shipment. If you have questions about your order status or did not receive the email, please contact us.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you entered the wrong information for your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to change it for you, but we can't guarantee anything in this case as our orders are processed and shipped very quickly after purchase.
Can I shop to a P.O Box?
Yes. Typically, customers put APO in the City field and AE or AP in the State field. You may also ship to a PO Box.
Do you offer any warranty?
Yes! We offer 2-year manufacturing fault warranty on all of our drones.
What if I'm not happy with my drone?
We are extremely confident you will find your drone to be the most amazing drone you have ever used but should you have any concerns please do not hesitate to contact us.
